    • We sell only handmade items, customized to your specification. Returned custom items have no value to us, so we strive to never ship a carving
      that you would want to return.


    • If you are any way dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know. We will do everything we can to make it right, or we will refund 100% of your purchase price.


  • Depending on the nature of your problem, we may ask that you ship the product back to us so that we can investigate the cause of the problem.
